Who is behind RLCore
RLCore is Raphaël: a graduate engineer specialised in cybersecurity, data and artificial intelligence. A one-person agency based in Toulon, France, that designs, codes and maintains every site it delivers.
Background
Engineering degree, then a specialisation in cybersecurity, data and AI. RLCore brings those three crafts to one simple goal: a website a shop or a freelancer can keep alive without spending their evenings on it. RLCore was founded in October 2025 in Toulon.
How we work
No WordPress, no purchased theme: every site is built from scratch with Next.js, hosted in Europe and measured again every month. You edit your content from your client area; security, backups and updates are part of the subscription.
Where we work from
Toulon, on the French Riviera, and part of the year in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic. That is why the site exists in three languages, with a page for Dominican businesses. From the first call to maintenance, Raphaël is the person you talk to.
