Website design in Toulon
RLCore is a developer based in Toulon who designs, hosts and maintains every site he delivers. For shops, tradespeople and independents in the Var: we can meet in person, and everything else happens remotely.
What you get
A professional showcase site
A custom design, not a bought theme: your services, your opening hours, your contact details, and a one-tap way to reach you.
Fast on a phone
The site is designed for mobile first, where your customers look for you, and it loads quickly even on 4G.
Hosting and security included
Hosting in Europe, SSL certificate, backups and security updates: all included in the subscription.
Your content, whenever you like
A text, a photo, your opening hours: on the Advanced plan you change them yourself from your client area; on the Showcase plan you send us the change and we make it for you.
Built for Google from day one
Local SEO is part of the design: structured data, contact details identical to your Google Business Profile, pages search engines can read.

Why a local developer
Meetings happen in Toulon and the neighbouring towns: La Garde, La Valette-du-Var, La Seyne-sur-Mer, Six-Fours-les-Plages, Sanary-sur-Mer, and Hyères. You have a single point of contact from the first conversation to maintenance, and the person who codes your site is the one who answers you.
Who is behind RLCoreFrequently asked questions
How long does it take to build my site?
On average 10 to 14 days for a showcase site, once the mockup is approved. A more complex project, such as an online shop, can take 3 to 4 weeks. Any delay in sending your content pushes the launch back by the same amount.
What do I need to provide?
What you already have: your Google Business Profile, your Instagram, your photos, your menu or list of services, and your legal details. No specification document: we go through everything together, in person in Toulon or by video call, and tell you exactly what's missing.
Do I own the site and the domain name? What happens if I stop?
Your domain name and your content (text, photos, logo) remain yours in all circumstances. The subscription runs for 12 months, then can be cancelled any time with 30 days' notice: we then hand back your domain name and an export of your content. The site's code stays with RLCore unless you use the buyout option, available at any time.
I already have a website. Can you rebuild it?
Yes. We start from what works on the old site (text, photos, contact details) and the new one takes its place on your domain name.
Will I be able to edit my site myself?
Yes, from the Advanced plan: text, photos and offers are edited from your client area and go live within seconds. On the Showcase plan, send us the change and we make it for you; it is included in the subscription.
