What happens after the 12-month commitment?
The subscription renews month to month. You can then cancel at any time, by email, with 30 days' notice. The price in effect when you subscribed stays guaranteed for the entire duration of the subscription.
Can I buy the code of my site?
Yes, at any time. The buyout price equals 24 monthly instalments of your plan, minus those already paid, with a minimum of 3 instalments: for a $119/month plan bought out after 12 months, it comes to 12 × $119 = $1,428. You receive the source code, a database export, the transfer of your domain name, a handover session and 30 days of migration assistance.
Do I own my domain name?
Yes, at all times, just like your content (text, images, logo, data). At the end of the contract, we return your domain name and an export of your content within 30 days. The site's code remains RLCore's, unless you exercise the buyout option.
Can I change plans?
Yes, to a higher plan: that is the intended path when your site needs features beyond its current plan. Content edits are included in every plan. For any other change, write to us.
Which currency do I pay in, and how?
One price per market: in euros if you are established in Europe, in US dollars elsewhere. The currency is set at subscription. The subscription is billed monthly by direct debit, with no setup fee. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI).
